We truly enjoyed pretty much everything. The bed was big, hardly wanted to go outside. The bathroom was fine there. Its location was great, not too far from Royal Arsenal. It was just off a quiet neighborhood, a shop, and London.

Extremely spacious room, facilities included a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. There was a walk-in shower. The location was convenient and marvellous, we could drive to Royal Arsenal in about 5 minutes.

Everything here felt nice, it was a fine stay in winter time.

The apartment had excellent transport links, making it easy to explore the city and get around. One morning, after a quick breakfast in the fully equipped kitchenette, my friend and I embarked on our sightseeing adventure. Armed with maps and guidebooks, we felt like intrepid explorers as we navigated the city's bustling streets and hopped on and off trains and buses. The apartment's proximity to the Woolwich Arsenal DLR station was a game-changer, allowing us to reach all the major attractions with ease. It felt like we had our own secret key to unlock the treasures of London.

Late check-in charges were unexpected.

I had a late check-in after 11 PM and I was charged an extra £40. However, the hotel promptly refunded my money within 2 days. Although there were some minor issues with cleaning and missing amenities, the location was good and the neighborhood was quiet. The presence of two bathrooms was a plus for our group of five. Despite the initial communication mishap, the hotel was accommodating towards our late arrival. I would recommend this hotel.
